Description
The United States Navy is seeking a firm, fixed price lease for a dishwasher machine with maintenance for the Naval Station Everett galley. The lease will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing a qualified service technician, parts, and services necessary to perform preventive maintenance checks, 24-hour on-call service support, and training. The dishwasher machine must meet certain specifications, including a minimum operating capacity of 240 racks per hour for hi-temp sanitizing and 230 racks per hour for chemical sanitizing. The contractor must also provide a toll-free service line for contacting a designated service representative.
Key features of the job include:
• Providing routine maintenance checks monthly
• Performing remedial maintenance services and repairs as necessary
• Replacing worn or damaged parts with manufacturer-approved new replacement parts
• Providing 24-hour emergency service support with a 2-hour response time
