DHS / Medicare Eligible Recipient Outreach

The Minnesota Department of Human Services, Health Care Integrity and Accountability Division, is seeking information for Medicare Outreach and Enrollment program development, design, planning, and competitive contracting. The goal is to identify individuals potentially eligible for enrollment in one or more parts of Medicare and assist them in enrolling. The department is interested in a range of services, including identification of potential Medicare enrollees, member outreach and enrollment assistance, and enrollment tracking. Respondents are asked to provide information about their capabilities, including basic processes and functional features of a solution or system, as well as any available metrics relating to program efforts and outcomes. • The RFI is not a request for proposal, and responding to it does not obligate the department to issue an RFP or award a contract. • The department may use any or all information in a response for any purpose. • Respondents are solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the preparation and submission of a response. • Responses to the RFI will not be returned to the responder.
