Description

Florida State University (FSU) is seeking a qualified respondent to develop a research‑ and data‑driven Advanced Certification curriculum focused on substance‑use and child‑welfare practice for Florida’s child‑welfare workforce. The work includes creating a comprehensive curriculum guide, facilitator guides, and specific module content (e.g., fentanyl, medical marijuana), with deliverables outlined in Attachments A‑E. The contractor must submit detailed line‑item pricing, comply with FSU’s procurement terms, and provide required certifications. • Scope: Design and produce a full Advanced Certification curriculum package (guide, activities, facilitator materials) for substance‑use and child‑welfare topics. • Deliverables: Curriculum guide, activity sets, facilitator guides, and content modules (including Fentanyl and Medical Marijuana objectives) as per Attachments A‑E. • Requirements: Provide line‑item pricing (including freight if charged), confirm acceptance of FSU PO terms, certify compliance with FAR and related regulations, and answer all mandatory pre‑submission questions.

Budget estimate

$150,000 – $250,000

No contract amount is disclosed, but similar curriculum‑development projects for state agencies typically range from $150,000 to $250,000 depending on the depth of research, number of modules, and deliverable formats. The estimate assumes a moderate‑complexity curriculum (5‑7 modules), professional writing, graphic design, and project management overhead.
