This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to replace fire‑flow water mains along Bethany Road, conduct fire‑hydrant flow testing and painting, and replace private lead service lines where homeowner agreements exist. The work includes excavation, installation of ductile‑iron and copper pipe, valve‑box and fire‑hydrant installation, pavement restoration, and required testing and documentation. The contract is split into two packages (general construction and assigned plumbing) with an option for a combined bid, and requires a 10 % bid bond and 100 % performance surety.
