This sole‑source contract calls for in‑person youth services delivered by Chaves County CASA to Roswell Independent School District students. The work includes three program areas: (1) middle‑school mediation services, (2) high‑school at‑risk behavior mentoring and life‑skills programming, and (3) secondary‑school exclusionary‑discipline prevention initiatives such as “Girls Circle” and “Boys Leadership.” The contractor must provide qualified facilitators, manage quarterly outcome reporting, and comply with RISD board policies (FERPA, background checks, liability coverage, etc.).
