Stadium Improvements RFP

The Suttons Bay Public Schools is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a stadium improvements project. The project requires bidders to submit their bids in accordance with the State of Michigan's SIGMA Vendor Self Service (VSS) web site. Each bidder must submit a Familial Disclosure Affidavit, bid security of at least 5% of the bid amount, and a written statement certifying that the bidder is not an Iran-linked business. The bids will be opened on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, at 2:00PM at the Suttons Bay Public School Central Office. • The bidder must provide a written statement with their bids certifying that the bidder is not an Iran-linked business. • The bidder must submit a Familial Disclosure Affidavit with their bid. • The bidder must provide bid security of at least 5% of the bid amount payable to Suttons Bay Public Schools. • The bidder can submit an “Intent to Respond” to Tim Smith via email. • Bid documents are available at Owen-Ames-Kimball Co website.
