The contractor must print four‑color, offset‑process items with specified paper stocks, produce single‑sided fold‑outs, perforate feedback forms, saddle‑stitch and trim, package the two items together, and mail 784 copies (392 of each) to 356 distinct addresses, including two depository copies. All mailing‑related costs—including postage, NCOA address verification, and USPS fees—must be incorporated into the bid; no reimbursements will be provided.
