Description
The Madison County is seeking bids for the manufacture and delivery of drainage structures for the East Lake Road drainage improvements. The scope of work includes designing, manufacturing, and delivering drainage structures according to the specifications and drawings provided. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the drainage structures meet the requirements of the New York State Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. The project location is on East Lake Road in the Town of Madison, Madison County, New York.
• The contract term is from the date of notice to proceed until the work is completed by 6/1/26.
• The contractor shall submit fabricator working drawings for all drainage structures within 30 days of receipt of the notice to proceed.
• The county has the option to pay a portion or the full amount of the proposed bid with a Purchasing Card (P-Card) if the awarding bidder accepts credit card payment at no additional cost.
• The lump sum price bid shall include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the scope of work.
