Description
The United States Air Force Library Program is seeking a provider of downloadable e-books, e-audio books, and movies for checkout through their online system. The provider must offer a large and growing catalog of books and audio books in digital format to add to the existing collection on the OverDrive platform. The contract is expected to start on 16 June 2026 and end on 15 June 2027, with two one-year option periods. The provider must meet certain product characteristics, including the ability to provide downloadable digital resources, a mobile application, free staff training, and complimentary marketing services.

* The provider must be able to supply a large and growing catalog of books and audio books in digital format.
* The provider must have a mobile application that allows users to read digital content.
* The provider must be able to provide statistics for each branch of service and other categories.
* The provider must work with the current contracted platform EBSCO Stacks for customer accessibility.
* The provider must have security measures in place, including Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3 and HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) with long duration deployed on the servers.
