Tree Removal and Pruning Services

The Town of Orange Park is seeking bids for tree removal and pruning services. The successful contractor will provide labor, material, equipment, and supervision as necessary to successfully perform this contract. The scope of work includes total tree removal, pruning and maintenance, and sectional felling and controlled rigging. The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in tree services and provide proof of business standing, professional credentials, and references. • The contractor must adhere to ANSI A300 standards for pruning and provide a comprehensive summary of their operational resources, including equipment inventory and staffing overview. • The contractor must also provide a detailed product information and descriptive literature, including a list of relevant machinery and a description of their approach to emergency response times, debris disposal procedures, and site restoration standards. • The contract may be awarded for a period of 1 year with options for renewal. • The town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract to the most qualified bidder. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including the Florida Public Records Law and the Florida Sunshine Law.
