Description
The State of Missouri, Department of Conservation, and Department of Natural Resources are seeking vendors to provide heavy equipment rentals on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a period of two years, with the option for multiple vendors to be awarded contracts. Vendors must provide a price list/catalog with firm, fixed prices for all equipment that may be provided. The State of Missouri reserves the right to allow other state agencies and government entities to order from the contract.

• Providing heavy equipment rentals for various state agencies throughout Missouri
• Submitting a price list/catalog with firm, fixed prices for all equipment
• Participating in a quoting process for specific equipment rentals
• Complying with all terms and conditions of the contract
• Providing equipment that is newer than 10 years old and in good repair
• Being responsible for all costs related to repairs, maintenance, and clean up of equipment
