Grounds Maintenance Services at WA070

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance services at WA070. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform monthly grounds maintenance services. The period of performance is anticipated to start on 01 FEB 2026 and last for 12 months, with options for up to 4 years. The contractor will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the performance of the contract. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, including lawn care, planting beds, and other areas. • The contractor will be required to provide equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform the work. • The contractor will be required to comply with all safety and security regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a performance bond and payment bond. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance. • The contractor will be required to provide a certificate of insurance.
