Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure a BYK Gardner USA LLC spectro2profiler, including all items listed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contract will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis, and the offeror must submit a quotation that includes all costs associated with the requirement, including shipping and freight to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. The Government will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and the order will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis.
• The contract is for a commercial item or service prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 using the publicizing requirements of FAR Part 5.
• The contract includes a Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines the requirements for the spectro2profiler.
• The offeror must provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming that they are an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item(s) quoted.
• The contract includes clauses related to payment, delivery, and inspection, as well as provisions for changes, disputes, and termination.
