Creedmoor Psychiatric Center located at 7925 Winchester Blvd Queens Village, NY 11427, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to replace rooftop units (RTUs) as described and in accordance with the attached schedules outline in the Scope of Work section of IFB 25-089. Site Visit Registration Forms are due per the instructions in the IFB by Friday, December 19, 2025, 3:00PM ET There is an optional Site Visit on Monday, December 22, 2025, 10:00 AM ET Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by Tuesday, December 30, 2025 Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, 3:00 PM ET.
