Bailey Drive Gateway

The City of Raleigh is seeking bids for the construction of the Bailey Drive Gateway project, a 13.83-acre site located at the southernmost portion of Walnut Creek Wetland Park. The scope of services includes design and construction of the gateway, featuring a sidewalk, precast boardwalk, masonry and concrete walls, open-air pavilion, restoration overlook deck, planting, soil/natural surface trails, interpretive signage, artwork, and utilities.
