Fit for Duty Behavioral and Psychological Evaluation Services

The City of Cleveland is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers to provide Fit for Duty Behavioral and Psychological Evaluations for Public Safety and any/all General Government Positions and Pre-Employment Behavioral and Psychological Evaluation Services for Public Safety Uniformed Personnel. The goal of the requested service is to provide a proven assessment and evaluation solution that meets the requirements and expectations of the City and best practices of 21st century psychological and behavioral health concepts as utilized for Public Safety candidate evaluation. Key services include: • Conducting pre-employment psychological evaluation exams to identify traits and characteristics that make an applicant better suited for the law enforcement profession • Providing Fit for Duty assessments for employees who may be unable to perform their duties due to mental condition • Ensuring that all evaluations are conducted in accordance with the City's requirements and best practices • Providing reports and recommendations to the City regarding the results of the evaluations The City is looking for a Proposer who can provide high-quality services, has experience in providing similar services, and can meet the City's requirements and deadlines.
