FY25 MCA PN76898 Aircraft Maintenance Hangar, Wheeler Army Airfield, Oahu, Hawaii

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District is soliciting bids for the construction of a medium standard design Aircraft Maintenance Hangar at Wheeler Army Airfield, Oahu, Hawaii. The project includes the construction of an aircraft hangar, associated maintenance shops, administration areas, and other supporting facilities. The project is designed to current National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), International Building Code (IBC), and National Electric Code (NEC) codes as well as applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and the Army Standard Design for an aircraft maintenance hangar. The estimated period of performance is 1,186 calendar days. • The project includes the construction of an aircraft hangar, associated maintenance shops, administration areas, and other supporting facilities. • The project is designed to current National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), International Building Code (IBC), and National Electric Code (NEC) codes as well as applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and the Army Standard Design for an aircraft maintenance hangar. • The estimated period of performance is 1,186 calendar days. • The project magnitude is between $100,000,000.00 to $250,000,000.00. • The Government anticipates the acquisition will be best value trade off based on the following criteria: 1) Past Performance; 2) Technical Approach; 3) Small Business Participation; and 4) Price.
