This solicitation seeks a fixed‑price, indefinite‑delivery, indefinite‑quantity contract to provide on‑site board‑certified interventional radiology physician services for the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. The contractor must supply qualified interventional radiologists, maintain 24 hr on‑call coverage, supervise residents, and meet extensive VA credentialing, privacy, security, and performance‑monitoring requirements. The award will be a small‑business set‑aside (HUBZone/SDVOSB) contract with two ordering periods spanning Dec 1 2026–Nov 30 2027 and Dec 1 2027–Nov 30 2028.
• Provide 4,040 hours of IR physician time plus 3,600 weekday on‑call and 3,120 weekend on‑call hours per ordering period.
• Maintain 100 % compliance with OPPE, radiation‑dose follow‑up, licensing, and mandatory VA training (privacy, cyber‑security, Rules‑of‑Behavior).
• Submit monthly invoices via the VA Tungsten‑Network; report security incidents within 1 hour and follow‑up within 2 business days.
• Meet credentialing requirements (state license, ABR board certification, DEA, NPI) and carry at least $1 M professional liability insurance per specialty.
