VARIOUS PARK IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Weslaco is seeking a contractor for various park improvements, including maintenance, upgrades, and capital improvements across city-owned parks, trails, plazas, and recreational facilities. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision needed to complete assigned tasks, coordinate with city staff, and comply with all applicable standards, codes, and safety requirements. The scope of work includes general site improvements, trail construction, playground and recreational equipment installation, repairs to park amenities and small structures, upgrades to athletic fields and courts, landscaping and irrigation work, and other improvements. • The contractor shall mobilize within 8 business days of receiving a task order. • The contractor shall utilize personnel qualified through training and experience to perform the work. • The contractor shall complete all work within 180 calendar days from the commencement of the contract. • The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities.
