The State of Colorado Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for Uninterruptible Power Supply goods and services. The goal is to establish a pre-qualified pool of vendors capable of providing a full-lifecycle solution for power distribution and backup systems. The scope of work includes hardware procurement, professional services, maintenance, and monitoring. Vendors must demonstrate experience in managing critical power infrastructure and provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach, capabilities, and pricing. • The initial contract term is expected to be one year, with the possibility of renewal for up to four additional years. • Vendors must be able to service the entire geographical area of the State of Colorado. • The evaluation criteria include solicitation requirements, mandatory requirements, scope of work requirements, emergency response and logistics, experience and capabilities, and cost proposal.
