Autosampler

The USGS New York Water Science Center is seeking to purchase an autosampler. The selected vendor will be required to deliver the autosampler to Troy, NY within 60 days of receipt of order. The solicitation is open to all responsible sources, and the Government intends to award a contract to the offeror whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government, considering factors such as technical compliance and price. • The autosampler must meet the requirements specified in the attached statement of need. • The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. • The contract will be awarded to the offeror submitting the lowest priced quotation that receives an "acceptable" rating in Technical Compliance. • The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions with offerors if necessary.
