The City of Boise is seeking a qualified contractor to design‑build a new multi‑use pathway linking Spaulding Ranch to Milwaukee Street. The work includes demolition of existing pavement, grading, installation of a concrete pathway with proper drainage, erosion and sediment control measures, irrigation system repair and upgrades, landscape restoration, and comprehensive traffic‑control and ADA‑compliant temporary detours. The contract is a lump‑sum award with a 90‑day performance period and requires the contractor to hold Idaho public‑works licenses and to provide a 5 % bid bond. • Remove existing asphalt and related structures; perform demolition and site clearing. • Perform earthwork, grading, sub‑base placement, and install a new concrete pathway with root‑barrier fabric and gravel shoulder. • Provide erosion‑control BMPs, a 6‑ft chain‑link fence, and a storm‑water pollution prevention plan. • Repair/upgrade irrigation systems, replace damaged trees and landscaping, and ensure continuous operation of irrigation during construction. • Supply traffic‑control plans, ADA‑compliant temporary pedestrian routes, and all required permits and inspections.
