Description
Weber State University is soliciting bids to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide Mechanical Engineering Lab equipment. The university is looking for a one-time purchase, but reserves the right to purchase additional products based on this bid for up to 120 days after the initial purchase. The bid must include all shipping, handling, setup, tariffs, or any other fees, and the unit prices should be FOB Destination to Weber State University.
• The bid must be submitted electronically through SciQuest/Jaggaer, and hard copy bids must be received prior to the deadline at the specified address.
• Bidders must review and respond to the prerequisites, buyer attachments, questions, and items sections of the IFB.
• The bid must include pricing in the exact format requested for a fair comparison of pricing among all bidders.
• The university reserves the right to disqualify vendors if the requested terms and conditions are excessive or onerous.
