The State of Missouri, through the Department of Agriculture’s Weights, Measures and Consumer Protection Division, is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a new large‑scale program truck used for inspecting commercial scales statewide. The contract is a one‑year award, with delivery FOB destination to the agency’s Jefferson City office. Vendors must submit a fully‑executed proposal via MissouriBUYS by 2:00 PM CT on 2 Oct 2026 and must be registered and “Spend Authorized” in the system. The truck must be factory‑new, include all standard equipment and any required options, be clean, serviced, and ready for immediate use, and must carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty. The supplier will act as the single point of contact for ordering, invoicing, delivery, and post‑delivery support, and must handle any recall or service actions prior to delivery. All required compliance exhibits (Buy‑American, tax compliance, veteran‑business preference, etc.) must be submitted with the proposal.
