The City of Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on‑call, as‑needed streetlight knockdown clean‑up and replacement services for its municipal lighting inventory. The contractor must respond within one hour of notification, complete replacements within 15 working days, and maintain 24‑hour on‑call capability. Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

No contract ceiling is disclosed. Based on the City’s inventory (~15,950 standard poles and 98 decorative poles) and the as‑needed nature of the work, annual spend could range from a few hundred thousand dollars for occasional clean‑ups to a couple of million dollars if multiple large‑scale knockdowns occur. Assuming an average of 50–150 knockdown events per year at $5,000–$15,000 each, the likely earnings would fall roughly between $500,000 and $2,000,000 per year.
