Description
The Village of New Lenox is seeking bids for the design‑build construction of a 1.0 MG elevated water storage tank and associated infrastructure. The scope includes tank fabrication, erection, painting, foundation work, water main piping, valves, pressure connections, excavation, earthwork, pavement, sidewalks, site fencing, lighting, a standby generator with electrical panels and instrumentation, natural gas and electrical service, erosion control, and site restoration.
• 1‑MG elevated steel water tank with full painting and foundation system
• Complete water distribution upgrades: main lines, valves, pressure connections, and ancillary piping
• Site work including excavation, concrete pavement, sidewalks, fencing, lighting, standby generator, and erosion control measures.
