Clay Street Drainage Improvements

The City of Green Cove Springs is seeking a qualified firm to provide construction services for the Clay Street Stormwater Improvements project. The project includes the construction of a new stormwater collection system, restoration of impacted surfaces, and other related work. The successful proposer will be required to provide a bid bond, payment and performance bond, and proof of insurance. The project is expected to be completed within 240 days for substantial completion and 270 days for final completion. • The project includes approximately 1,500 linear feet of stormwater pipe and 25 stormwater inlets. • The contractor will be responsible for performing utility adjustments, curbing, driveway, and roadway restoration. • The contractor will also be required to provide a price proposal for the work, including unit costs and totals for each line item. • The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor irregularities and technicalities. • The City will evaluate proposals based on the responsiveness and responsibility of the proposer, as well as the price and other factors.
