Description
The City of Toledo Department of Human Resources is seeking a Pharmacy Benefit Manager to provide comprehensive pharmacy benefit management services for the City's self-funded prescription drug plans. The selected vendor will be responsible for administering the prescription drug benefit, optimizing network access, managing formulary and rebate programs, and delivering transparent reporting. The contract term is expected to be 3 years, with two optional 1-year renewals. The vendor will be required to provide a range of services, including claims processing and adjudication, pharmacy network management, mail-order and specialty pharmacy services, formulary and clinical management, rebate and financial management, compliance and regulatory support, reporting and analytics, and member and provider services.
