The City and County of Denver’s Department of Parks & Recreation is requesting statements of interest from qualified vendors to operate beverage‑focused concession services at two newly‑redeveloped park locations—Skyline Park (Block 2) and the Sloan’s Lake Park Boathouse. The scope includes operating kiosks, optional food‑truck bays, managing event‑space rentals (Sloan’s Lake), providing free cultural programming, and handling daily maintenance and restroom upkeep. Contracts will be up to five years, with a guaranteed annual minimum payment plus a revenue‑share component; an optional liquor license may be pursued. Responses are due June 22 2026, after which a formal RFP will be issued in summer 2026.
• Operate concession kiosks offering beverages and pre‑packaged foods at two park sites, with optional food‑truck spaces (2 at Skyline, 1 at Sloan’s Lake).
• Manage event‑space rentals and deliver free cultural/community programming (e.g., trivia, music, sports viewings).
