Description
The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals for paratransit services, including operations and call center packages. The successful contractor will provide door-to-door, paratransit, ADA, Connection Plus, DOSS, MOD, and alternative transportation services throughout Palm Beach County. The contractor will also be responsible for delivering a paratransit scheduling software solution to increase productivity, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction.
• The contract period is a three-month mobilization period followed by a five-year contract term with two one-year extensions.
• The contractor must have demonstrated experience in supplying such services and meet all criteria/requirements identified in the ITN.
• The contractor must comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations applicable to the services contemplated herein.
• The contractor must provide a drug-free workplace program and disclose any ownership interests.
