Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

Based on the information provided, it is difficult to estimate the exact budget for this opportunity. However, considering the scope of the project, which includes providing and maintaining MFPs for the County's copying, printing, scanning, and faxing needs, the budget could be substantial. The contract will be for an initial three-year term with the option for two one-year renewals, which suggests a long-term commitment. Additionally, the County is looking for a responsive and responsible bidder who can provide the best overall value, which may indicate a willingness to invest in a high-quality solution. A rough estimate for the budget could be in the range of $500,000 to $2,000,000 over the initial three-year term, depending on the number of MFPs required, the level of maintenance and support needed, and the prices quoted by the bidder.
