The successful offeror will be responsible for furnishing all necessary equipment, reagents, consumables, controls, and services to ensure the laboratory can execute the required testing on a Cost-Per-Reportable basis. Key requirements include the ability to perform complete blood counts, automated differentials, and have a five-part differential. The contractor must also provide maintenance services, technical support, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The contract is expected to have a base year starting 1 January 2026 and four option years. Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this contract could range widely depending on the specifics of the equipment, services, and the volume of tests performed. However, considering the contract's structure as a Cost-Per-Reportable basis and the requirement for a comprehensive set of services including maintenance, technical support, and the provision of reagents and consumables, the total value could potentially be in the range of $500,000 to $2 million over the base year, assuming an average cost per test and considering the estimated workload data provided. The option years could potentially double or triple this amount, depending on the exercise of options and the actual workload. Factors influencing this estimate include the cost of the Hematology Analyzer, the volume of tests performed, the cost of reagents and consumables, and the level of maintenance and technical support required.
