Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance, repair, and replacement services for rollup and overhead doors and door operators at the Birmingham Air Guard facility. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, personnel, and materials needed for this service, as well as cleanup at project completion. The service period is from October 2025 to September 30, 2026. The vendor must deliver goods and services during normal duty hours, except for emergencies. Some key responsibilities include providing qualified personnel, equipment, replacement parts, tools, and supplies, and performing work according to manufacturer's recommendations and specifications.
• The vendor must report to designated 117th ARW personnel upon arrival, completion of repair service, and departure from the facility.
• The vendor must work during normal duty hours of 0730-1730 Tuesday - Friday, except for emergencies.
• The vendor must provide all necessary materials and supplies.
• The vendor must perform work according to manufacturer's recommendations and specifications.
