CMAR: O'Neil Drive from Hubbard to Peart & Colorado from Cottonwood & Judi

The City of Casa Grande is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the O'Neil Drive from Hubbard Street to N Peart Road and Colorado Street from Cottonwood Lane to Judi Drive Project. The CMAR will be responsible for working with the engineering design team, providing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract, and constructing all improvements. The project includes the construction of approximately 3000 LF of a collector street, including two through lanes, striped median, bike lanes, detached sidewalks, ADA, driveways, landscaping, and street lighting. • The project's scope of work includes two design phases, with the first phase advancing to the 15% design level and evaluating two different design configurations for the roadway segments. • The CMAR will be selected through a qualifications-based selection process, with evaluation factors including cover letter, capabilities of the project team, project understanding and approach, firms similar project experience, relevance and results, and subcontractor selection plan. • The City of Casa Grande reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any informality or irregularity in any submittal received.
