Wayne State University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive power‑washing, scrubbing and related cleaning services for eight on‑campus parking structures each year for a three‑year term, with the possibility of two one‑year extensions. The work must be performed during overnight windows, include pre‑treatment of oil, grease and gum stains, protect sensitive equipment, and remove all debris and standing water. The vendor must supply all equipment, cleaning agents, water tanks, and handle water‑cost logistics, while complying with university insurance, wage‑rate, and safety requirements.
• Scope: power‑wash floors, stairwells, handrails, signage, elevator shafts and related equipment in 8 parking structures (≈ 2.5 million sf total).
• Schedule: work to begin June/July 2026, completed by the week before fall classes each year (August 2026); annual performance repeats for three years.
