Dover Elevator Maintenance

The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is seeking a contractor to provide elevator maintenance services for the DFAS Rome location. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, facilities, and transportation necessary to perform elevator preventative and predictive maintenance services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew. The contractor will be required to perform monthly inspections and maintenance, as well as emergency repairs as needed. The contractor will also be required to provide a signed service ticket and inspection report after each maintenance visit.
