108th Avenue Seawall Replacement

The City of Treasure Island is seeking a contractor to replace the seawall on 108th Avenue. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project. The scope of work includes demolition, installation of new sheet piling, structural anchoring systems, concrete infill, return walls, reinforced concrete caps, geotextile fabric, and accommodations for existing stormwater outfall pipes. • The project requires the contractor to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. • The contractor must provide a bid bond, and the bid must be submitted electronically. • A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM at City Hall, 10451 Gulf Blvd, 5th Floor Conference Room, Treasure Island, FL 33607. • The deadline for submitting bids is July 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
