Tents & Cots BPA

The United States Air Force is seeking quotes for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for tents and cots rental services. The BPA will be valid for five years from the date of agreement. The contractor shall deliver all line items to the delivery address at Joint Base Bolling-Anacostia AFB, DC 20032. The government plans to enter into three separate and competing BPAs with the responsible offerors whose quote will be the best value to the government. • The contractor must have valid Representations and Certifications filed in the System for Award Management (SAM) and furnish the government with a completed copy of the record with its offer. • The contractor must provide pricing utilizing CLIN breakout under section III of this combined synopsis/solicitation. • The contractor must include any documentation required in accordance with Attachment 2 - Salient Characteristics documentation that the offeror meets requirements. • The government reserves the right to determine the quote ineligible for award if it is not in the best interest of the government.
