Description
The State of Tennessee Department of Education seeks a prime contractor to develop and deliver a comprehensive tutoring sustainability program for local education agencies (LEAs). The contractor will facilitate advisory and stakeholder working‑group meetings, produce a best‑practice guidance document with an accompanying resource library (including Section 508‑compliant instructional videos), and design and deliver two virtual training sessions for LEA leaders and tutors. Ongoing progress reporting, survey analysis, and full IP transfer are required throughout the 13‑month contract.
• Conduct six “Tutoring Sustainability District” advisory council meetings and six stakeholder meetings (virtual).
• Create a best‑practice guidance document, a digital library of resources, and produce instructional videos compliant with accessibility standards.
• Develop, host, and record two 90‑minute virtual training sessions, including post‑training surveys and rapid analysis reports.
• Provide weekly coordination calls, progress reports, and warranty support for the contract term.
