Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to procure four (4) new and unused 292 UltraScan Versa Premiere Beds (Brand Name or Equal) for the Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center. The beds should include delivery and installation, and the vendor must be an authorized distributor. The procurement is a total small business set-aside. Key features of the beds include a weight capacity of 500 lbs, electric height adjustment, and a hand controller with memory positioning.
* The beds must be delivered and installed within 30 days after receipt of order
* The vendor must provide a completion report of delivery and installation to the facility within 5 days of completion
* The beds must come with a standard 5-year warranty
* The contractor will comply with all security requirements as stipulated by HSTVA and The Agency
