Description
The U.S. Department of the Interior, Appraisal and Valuation Services Office, is seeking a contractor to provide market valuation and appraisal report services for CEPR Parcels 087035 & 146935, Flowage easement, Cle Elum Pool Raise in Kittitas County, Washington. The contractor will be required to provide an appraisal report that includes a legal description of the property, neighborhood factors, site description, improvements, fixtures, and history. The report must also include an analysis of the highest and best use of the property, land valuation, and a cost approach. The contractor must have a certified general appraiser license in one state or territory and provide a copy of the license with expiration date in the submission.
• The contractor must have experience in appraisal of residential properties and partial acquisitions.
• The contractor must have a designation from a recognized professional appraisal organization.
• The contractor must complete the appraisal report within 60 calendar days from the date of the Purchase Order award.
• The contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price quote for the services.
