Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to procure one Digital Anatomy Printer with a startup package, one MediJet Printer with a startup package, and various accessories. The contractor shall provide the system in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and deliver it in a ready-to-use state. The contractor shall also provide comprehensive training for end-user HTM staff and ensure that the equipment is installed and functioning properly. The contract will have a base year starting from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027.
• The contractor shall provide a detailed factory verification report upon delivery of the unit to the Biomedical Staff in the Healthcare Technology Management Service.
• The contractor shall provide a list of expected part usable life and relative rate of replacement to assist in planning for future corrective maintenance.
• The contractor shall ensure that all deliverables under the contract are treated as the property of the U.S. Government.
• The contractor shall comply with Federal and Agency records management policies, including those associated with the safeguarding of records covered by the Privacy Act of 1974.
