This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to perform complete demolition of three city‑owned structures (buildings 1445, 1457, 1501 Harrison Ave) along with associated site work. The scope includes removal of foundations, hazardous‑material (asbestos) abatement, utility disconnections, clearing and grubbing, borrow material placement, grading, temporary sediment controls, fence and gate installation, pavement removal, and final site restoration (seeding, mulching, and erosion control).
