Amendment CTX Chapel Carpet Replacement

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to replace the carpet in the CTX Chapel. The project requires the installation of broadloom carpet, direct glue-down, with a minimum of seams. The contractor will be responsible for moving and reinstalling pews, furniture, altar furnishings, and other equipment located within the work area. The project must meet the Buy American Act requirements and follow the Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) level 4.
