SURVEY SERVICES - BUSH HILL RD RECONSTRUCTION

The Town of Manchester is seeking a qualified Professional Land Surveyor to perform a topographic field survey and base map in AutoCAD format for a 1.7 mile long section of Bush Hill Road. The project includes researching existing conditions, obtaining mapping for public utilities, and providing a survey control traverse. The contractor will be required to provide a base mapping depicting existing conditions and deliverables such as electronic drawing files and reproducible mylars. The project is expected to be completed within a few months, possibly around Summer 2026. Key considerations for this project include experience with similar projects, ability to complete the work on schedule and within budget, and compliance with the Town's insurance and indemnification requirements. Some of the key tasks involved in this project include: • Performing research at Town offices to show existing roadway right-of-ways • Researching and obtaining the latest mapping for all public utilities within the project limits • Providing a survey control traverse extending through the limits of the project • Performing a topographic survey to achieve the required accuracies • Compiling all existing conditions and research into an electronic drawing file • Providing one set of reproducible mylars produced in conformance with the Town's Public Improvement Standards
