Request for Proposals – Tire Management Services for Transit Buses and Support Vehicles

Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit, Inc. (TCAT) invites proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive tire services in support of TCAT’s fleet of transit buses and support vehicles. The resulting contract will cover the supply of new and retread tires, wheel preparation, balancing, alignment, delivery, inventory management, and emergency roadside assistance. TCAT will make an award on a best value basis, considering both technical merit and cost.
