Description
The National Institutes of Health is seeking a maintenance contract for the BioView Duet Automated Scanner. This contract will provide preventative maintenance, timely on-site repairs, replacement of worn components, software updates, and immediate technical online and telephone support. The contract is essential to sustain cytogenetic and multiplexed FISH operations for the CCR community.
• The contract will support a wide range of Genetics Branch projects and collaborative research efforts within the CCR.
• The contract will provide critical services for both routine operations and the development of novel cytogenetic and multiplexed FISH assays tailored to evolving research needs.
• The contract will help maintain system calibration, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement new assay workflows.
