NOI to Sole Source to Qiagen for maintenance and service contract

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a fixed price purchase order to Qiagen LLC for the establishment of a preventative maintenance contract for service rendered by QIAGEN for instrumentation that are already onsite. The instruments include QIAcuity One, QIAgility, and QIAsymphony SP.
