Acquisition of an Ultraviolet - X-Ray Photoelectron Spectrometer

Florida State University seeks a qualified vendor to supply, install, and fully integrate a commercial X‑ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and Ultraviolet Photoelectron Spectroscopy (UPS) system, including all necessary software, at its campus facilities. The contract will cover delivery, installation, commissioning, training of university personnel, and provision of documentation and warranty support. This is an Invitation to Negotiate, meaning proposals will be evaluated and terms negotiated after the submission deadline. • Deliver a complete XPS/UPS spectrometer system with integrated data‑acquisition and analysis software. • Provide on‑site installation, system integration, calibration, and user training for university staff. • Supply full documentation, warranty, and post‑installation technical support.
