Description
The State of South Carolina, S.C. Department of Education (SCDE), is seeking qualified contractors to provide a statewide Adoption List of Formative Assessments in English language arts and mathematics for students in kindergarten through eighth grade. The assessments must meet professional measurement standards and provide diagnostic information to improve student performance. The contract will be for the 2025-26 school year. The contractor must demonstrate their ability to meet the state's interoperability standards for rostering and assessment score delivery.
• The contractor must provide evidence that their assessment meets professional measurement standards.
• The contractor must provide a sample of items associated with each standard where their item count exceeds 500 in each grade or 30% of their total number of items for each grade level.
• The contractor must demonstrate their ability to meet the state's interoperability standards for rostering and assessment score delivery.
• The contractor must provide training and professional development opportunities for educators.
• The contractor must have an online system for test administration and scoring.
